Shipping Charges

We can not absolutely guarantee the estimated postage times but most parcels arrive well within the estimated time frames listed below.

"REGULAR"

Under 500gm is $10.60

500gm and 3kg is $14.00

This is for Australia Post's regular service

Please allow 2 full business days for your parcel to be packed but often it is processed the same day, then it will be posted via the service you have chosen, a “regular” service parcel can take up to 10 full business days to arrive (2 for processing and 8 for postage)

"EXPRESS POST"

Under 500gm is $14.10

500gm and 3kg is $16.90

This is for Australia Post's "Express" service.

Please allow 2 business days for your parcel to be packed, then it will be posted via the service you have chosen, an “express” parcel will take up to 4 full business days to arrive (2 for processing and 2 for postage)

We offer FREE shipping for all orders over $150 within Australia

If you have an urgent order, please let us know what date it is needed for and we will do our best to get it there on time or at least let you know if it is possible to get it to you when you need it for.

IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA
We do ship overseas...please allow at least 21 days for your order to be picked, packed, posted and arrive at your doorstep. Occasionally we will have to alter the cost of the shipping as the calculation is only an estimate but we will let you know before we post your order if this is the case.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

you will be charged $40.00 for a small parcel or $60 for a medium sized parcel at the checkout but we will then calculate the correct postage, if the postage is more than the prices charged we will contact you and let you know of the extra charges.
